As many of you are aware it is currently half term and Easter is around the corner. Whilst for many of us it’s a lovely time to spend with family and children, it’s is not so for others. People every day are struggling to eat/ provide meals for their families and many turn to food banks such as the Brick…

The Brick is a small project that delivers big results for the community it serves. It offers services to people who are homeless, in poverty or facing debt crisis.

As its name suggests, it provides a safe, solid building block for people in crisis to begin to construct a new life and become valuable members of society.

During holiday times such as Christmas and Easter, food banks run low on stock, so we are asking for food donations to be dropped off at the Foresters and we will do a collection and take it down to the Brick. So if your nipping on a good shop this week maybe just pick up a couple of tins of food or some biscuits (food with long use by dates) and drop them off ASAP.

Your meaningful gift will can help a homeless people. Let’s support The Brick food donations for the homeless. Please do the action now and share you blessings to others.

Thank You.
